Thank you Simon,
I did'nt realy know if it looks good or not. It's verry special, but verry rare indeed.

I have to get used to it, weathering will really make it shine. But what I really like is how well you replicated it, skills!

Oh my god Florian, I had the shock of my life when I seen this, it looked like Chinese graffiti !!!, HOWEVER - I think if you blend it in a bit it could be a really good look, sorry don't mean to offend but its better to be honest

Good morning Adrian,
i thought the same when i was done. Well, the first camouflage is not finished. weathering follows soon.
Lets have a look how its shows if finish.

Re: Florians FAMO build
Good'y Florian,
Far behind your building progress, I read this thread almost everyday for good ideas. Today I just need to ask for your opinion.
On your 28 Jan 2019 photo, the linear actuator (CP0314) for steering shown a longer white rod (see the red arrows) : When I try do the same thing, found the white area shown on my linear actuator is very short. So short that it can't link with the steering arm. Did I do it wrongly, or missing something? I have tried to pull the white rod outward, but just failed.
Do I need to do so by bench testing, ie, by connecting the battery, and connect R/C Tx, Rx, and the Motion Module? If no, what else should I do?
With regards,
Lerh Chang

Re: Florians FAMO build
The actuator in your picture is completely retracted - this would be its position when the wheels are turning right. If you connect it to power it should centre (extend to its mid point).Chang wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 4:56 amWhen I try do the same thing, found the white area shown on my linear actuator is very short. Do not force the white rod by hand - this will damage the actuator.

Danke für dein Lob Heiko. Das von dir, ehrt mich.
Kian is on the right way. Don`t try to pull or turn on the liear servo.
You have to connect the servo wiht the steering from the axle. Maybe the Wheel is not strait in front. - If this, you have to adjust it on your controler.

Re: Florians FAMO build
