Which amplifier module do you have ?

On the Mk1 Amplifier Module, it goes onto the which connector next to the volume control. The positive connection goes to the centre pin and the negative to the pin furthest from the volume control.

On the newer Mk2 Audio Module, I believe it goes onto LED output 4, with the negative at the top and the positive at the bottom.

I don't know if Steve sends them out with colour coded wires, but the negative connection on an LED goes to the side with the flat on the case, and it has the larger electrode inside the 'bulb'.

If you get it the wrong way round, you can't do any harm, as an LED just won't conduct if connected backwards.

Adrian.
