Comet Measurements
I have started to adapt my no longer in use, motorcycle trailer, to transport the Comet, when received and built. Can I have the overall length which includes the gun. I know the tank body is 42.5 inches. Thank you, Mick.

Thank you for your replies, I was considering the option with the gun facing forward....never crossed my mind to reverse the gun. Good idea, if I am short of space.
If the overall length is 50.25" I can cut the baseboard to suit, with room to spare.
This will be my first Armortek model....the idea would be to show the completed Comet at local vintage rallies, next year. Thank you again..mick

Ok, I will delay cutting the expensive ply, purchased today. The trailer is no longer needed as I sold my New Hudson Autocycle last year. The trailer was newly purchased two years ago and still in good condition. I needed to find a use for it, will make an ideal transporter....thank you for your replies....mick

Trailers can bounce when unloaded...this one is very heavy and stable. The Comet will have it's own box and padding, with appropiate straps. Thanks for the advice though...mick

Hello Stephen, thank you for information,I have allowed enough space on the base area, to box the Comet completely. I know these are minor details, my enthusiasm is running away with me at the moment. This is my first Armortek tank and I am itching to start the build....Mick
