Lovely to see your progress Simon. The beer can profiles is a strike of easy thinking....ME was goin for the brass one heheh, now skipped ofcourse.
I like the shackles but im not sure if the bolt should be there.
I have asked the oracle Per about it and most seemed to have the splitpin type attatched. But ive seen the ring type pin aswell.
i might be wrong.
Btw have you decided on a perticular one yet, i love your paintwork so just wanted to know:).
Regards
Fredrik

wheel marathon,i have enjoyed this part of the build.828 bolts later, each wheel and hub re-drilled with the winstone correcting template,i used 30 mm long 7ba small head with 5mm of 7ba thread on the bolt end, this thread offered much more strength than the 8ba i used first,e.k.p.supplied the bolts and did a lovely job on them, when bolted together using this method the wheels are very sturdy and your adding one more fixing aswell, hope this of some use to others

i have been working on the vents, but not much else while the summer is here,7ba bolts used around the front hatch plate,7ba small head used on the rear engine deck,i bought 2mm plastic railway numbers and letters and glued them on to the vents as cast numbers, some extra photos here for any interest.
