Dave, beautiful work and zimmerit application. I’m guessing that the bare aluminum was primed before zimmerit, then the zimmerit was laid down then the initial coating of Dunkelgelb?

Correct,I prime everything loose or assembled-then zim and more primer to seal that with the base color Dunkelgelb next. Then I brush on to assure it got in all the crevices.

Took three attempts to get the pattern I like, waiting on a few more items from UK then I can weather it up and move off the bench.

Hi Dave

That paint scheme looks superb, like the double road wheels on the turret I am going to do the same and also have track links on both sides of the turret.
Will post a video of it running when finished?
