Stephen,

VMT for the extra information....all very useful stuff.

Ignoring the fact that the bins look like they have been biffed, the box still looks like its leaning backwards at the top. Now if you look at 03 EB 20 below, that is clearly is sitting upright.

I do however agree with you that it would need more evidence to substantiate what could be two differing build standards.

Btw, could you advise what items 33 & 34 are on the parts diagram please? Are these used to secure the vent plate to the top of the box?

33, 34 - I don't have the decode list from the full ISPL to hand but looking at the drawings of the exhaust system, I believe it secured a support bracket for the Aux Gen second silencer box which ran along the top of the exhaust box (inside).
