To retain the classic open chassis look the cables are concealed  but for the rising black heat shrink covered cable core.

She's all back together , well everything that was together when it arrived. I love these half tracks, I have one to build for Mr Dawe and we are looking for a pair of MM's beautiful sprockets for that build, so if anyone has a set please pm me?
I did have a short video of the tracks belting round with sounds but YouTube is not playing tonight.

Some burrs need fetling on the sprockets and probably 50% of the rollers were seized causing all kinds of issues .

This side is fighting me but it soon gives in and the track no longer rides up over the sprocket

The program setting is so easy with these old motion modules, everything now works with sounds as it should. Now onto the lights and charging socket!

Well I think she's all done but for some running trials, the odd nut to tighten and the hood to bolt down. A good days work.

I'm tucking the leds away so they won't be damaged in the future, the light passes through the lamp housing quite nicely through a strategically placed opening

Spent the morning sorting out the steering and making a stretcher , just the strapping to do with plenty of packing and the half track and the KT are ready to be shipped back to Mc Scotland.
