Sherman travel lock

This is looking really good, putting this sort of detail on the model is very satisfying as it brings the model to life. I'll have to get back to doing mine soon, but at the moment I've got into making a new stock for my air rifle.

A few quick photos of the prototype travel lock I'm making. Sorry the proto board I used to make the part does not photo well. I will see if I can paint it so the details show better. I just want to test the size to see if I'm in the ball park. My Sherman is not nearly as far a long as Dales, so pardon the gaping holes and rust on the deck. :oops:

The travel lock is looking realy good. You have put a lot of effort into that and the programme to machine it.

Nice work on the travel lock. Looks great Bob! You better get cracking on that Sherman, your deck is rusting. :P
