Here are some photos of my travel lock , I brought this from John at Armorguy on the SAG forum . It's a nice peace . It fills the gap at the front between the driver hoods really nicely .. Dale

Thanks John . I'm planing to have My Sherman finished By the end of the month . Noel is going to paint and weather it for me . I'm going to do a spring time , after the battle of the bulge , very battle worn sherman , lots of mud and grass shell hits, white wash nearly worn off . The U.S. white star
paint over with olive drab. white chork hand writen slogons on the sides. . Dale

Today. I made up the axe handle holder brackets and tie down points as well ..

This was good fun . The tow cable holder in this photo is my first go at making a 1/6 scale fitting with my mini mill ...

These cable fear leads are from one of my ship models . They are just the right size and shape ... Dale

Nice work Dale. Glad to see you are putting your mill to work. I'm already jealous of the Sherman owners and every picture you and Allan post just make it worse. :wink:

dale your posts are always worth a look ,nice photos,i to have a sherman still sat in the box,thanks for the quality info,my knowledg of this build is very poor so keep the pictures coming.

Your Sherman details are great. Really well done. Its too purdy to paint now! It would be a shame to cover all the bright metal work! Thanks for the updates to keep us inspired.
