I found out that the arms did not fit flush with the hull without pushing the brass bushing further in. I made a little tool that got me the right distance.

This corrected, the arm now are fitting flush and proceeded with the assembly. I made a little gauge to get all the arms at 35 degrees.

A little added mod picked up from another post. I added a 5mm set crew on the suspension bars to secure the hubs from rotating.

Working on the gear case shield and hope to machine both sides soon as the CAM is setup.

I have been very busy with work and other projects but finally made some progress with the Tiger.
The front gear shields shields are completed so as the inner plates (no idea what are the proper technical terms).
