I have been playing around with the 2 speakers from the Audio Option pack for the E8. Not found the perfect location, yet I am leaning towards facing up below the engine grills.
What have others done?

Very neat installation Eric, what type of board are those components mounted on? and how is it secured to the tank sides?

Hi,
It is a 3d printed tray, The the speakers are mounted in a completely printed speakerbox, this is mounted over the smoker. The main tray exist of four levels, three below the one you can see, all the electronics are placed there. the front piece around the battery is just for the looks and to guide some wires to the front. For now it is secured by gravity and the bolt heads from the sponsoon mounting. It can not move from side to side because of the fit.
I made a small miscaculation with the space for the turret motor and had to remove material manually, as the print was about 7 days i did not wanto do it again. The print material is ABS.
