Hi Gary,
sorry for not answer so long time, but i am very busy at the moment! Many thanks for your nice words.
Here comes a small update. Not really much done but a chaos with cables and electric boxes. Only at the rear side the cables are sorted now.

Hi Martin

Have you tried spiral wrap for the cabling, I used some on my Tiger and it made the wiring easier and neater to route.

Regards
Gary.

Hi Gary,
sorry, sorry for not answering such a long time. No i never had tried a spiral wrap for the cabling - i use cable ties.
The chaos you saw was only a first test for the correct position and connection of the several boxes.
Here is an update for the next layers of painting with all the chipping layers between. The next layer will be the yellow one.

Hi Oliver,
thanks for your nice words.
After the grey layer comes the yellow ones with 2 different colours. The bright colour is XF-60 from Tamiya and the darker one is XF-92 DAK41 ( Deutsches Afrika Korps ) also from Tamiya.

After painting the fighting compartment the engine deck and the fenders are the next to paint before starting chipping.

After painting the chipping starts with some details. But this is only the first step of aging. The next step is weathering.
