Countersunk bolts/nuts for the front reinforcement plates. Not quite decided if I'm going for bolt/nut or bolthead outwards. I know that bolt/nut are the correct way. But there was something visual appealing with the bolt heads
Have chamfered the sprocket rings, never found any info on whats recommended geometry, so went for 45 deg.
Hull progress has stalled for some time as I really would like the missing pannier gusset, but was unsure how to make them. By chance, I found out that there was a guy "almost next-door" that had a laser cutter. But needed a cad file for the parts. Asked Vince Cutajar if he might help, and minutes later cad files was in the mail

Back to the laser guy, and swoosh the parts was cut. Made 4 pieces, so Tor also got a pair.
