Sprocket vs Taper Lock Bush.

All another question, It has been awhile since my last build but could someone explain to me how the Taper Lock Bush, grub screws, Driven Gear and Sprocket work together. I did a dry fit with all of the above and the Sprocket wheel is still loose and slides right off What aim I'm doing wrong??
