Re: Two new UC builds
Yes Dennis i am ok thanks,
stug is almost finished just some little details,
waiting for the Notek light from Steve Winstone, need some antenna bases from Mark Lawson.
I was wondering do you know if you can put a MG gun en lights on the new modules, there are a few spares on the recoil module.
Hope to bring the stug to the openday this year.
Best regards Yves

Good morning Dennis, welcome back building....I know you follow the Forum, I enjoy your creations and your advice in the past has saved me a lot of grief. I have one of those cardboard spray booths....

Re: Two new UC builds
Hi Mick,
Good to hear from you, I hope you are well. Yes the giant Armortek boxes do come in handy. Yes it's been a while since the last build which was the 251. I have spent a lot of time at shows and Bovington with the Southern Armour Group and doing repairs for a lot of our members. But not a lot of shows in 2020 and looking doubtful if there will be many in 2021. Happy days, stay safe.

Some photos but not much progress as it's a bit cold in my workshop at the moment.

Re: Two new UC builds
Getting there slowly. Motion pack arrives tomorrow.
I found that the rear bogie set none of the bushes that fit in to the springs would go in to the springs as they were too big, whether the springs were too small or bushes too big I am not sure but in the end I had to turn all 12 of them down in the lathe to get them to fit. The front bogie set were ok.
