Let's work on the back and the exhausts!

I really dislike the previous owners weathering...

Image
Mig Anti-skid paste for the texture, first experiment with this, sanded it down a little.

Image
Two or three layers of Vallejo Rust Texture (a favourite!) and finishing it off with pigments. One done, one to go.

Now that I'm getting used to all these nice working parts in 1/6, how can I ever work in 1/16 ever again! :-P

Lovely work on the make-over of your T1. She's going to look better than new! Awesome details you are adding. Keep at it. I agree on move -this should be in Tiger section.
Regards,
Bob

Hi Marco

Great work on the refurbishment. Just out of curiosity, is your headlight functional? Is it wired in? If it is, can you show me from where the wire is getting in the hull? I am asking because I intend to make mine a working headlight but have not decided on the routing of the wires.

Built a little platform because it was missing...

Image
Found a little angled piece in the spare-parts I got with the Tiger and figured out what it was! Luckily I had some tool-clamps left!

Image
Upper left an excellent example of a fellow forum-member here! Tried to replicate that. Unfortunately the letters are too small and I used too much superglue...
