Let's work on the back and the exhausts!
I really dislike the previous owners weathering...
Mig Anti-skid paste for the texture, first experiment with this, sanded it down a little.
Two or three layers of Vallejo Rust Texture (a favourite!) and finishing it off with pigments. One done, one to go.

Replacing all screws... This was a lot (I did four of these), and many more to come!
Mounted the two engine deck hooks, needed some work.

Feels SO great to rebuild this!
Adding the 100.000 missing weld-lines...
Very happy with this one!

Now that I'm getting used to all these nice working parts in 1/6, how can I ever work in 1/16 ever again!
Last but not least a BIG shootout for my friend Alexander for his very hard work on making these C-Hooks look like a lot more like C-hooks! THANKS!

Lovely work on the make-over of your T1. She's going to look better than new! Awesome details you are adding. Keep at it. I agree on move -this should be in Tiger section.
Regards,
Bob

Hi Marco
Great work on the refurbishment. Just out of curiosity, is your headlight functional? Is it wired in? If it is, can you show me from where the wire is getting in the hull? I am asking because I intend to make mine a working headlight but have not decided on the routing of the wires.

Built a little platform because it was missing...
Found a little angled piece in the spare-parts I got with the Tiger and figured out what it was! Luckily I had some tool-clamps left!
Upper left an excellent example of a fellow forum-member here! Tried to replicate that. Unfortunately the letters are too small and I used too much superglue...
