Hello,

I got a new pm and i cant open it,
this is what i get on the screen ( You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available).

Strange because i clean up my folders and i still cant read my message

Do you have rules set up to redirect PMs ?

It may be that a sub folder is full, not your Inbox. Go into each folder and you should find the one which is full.

Also, you need to click on the test where it says "Release all on hold messages". It's in bold but not very obvious. They don't get released automatically when there is room.

If an Admin is reading this, it would be great if the limits on the number of PMs and folders was raised, as there is no easy way to archive old conversations.

We have increase the limited on private messages from 50 to 100 and increased the number of folders from 4 to 10. Hope this solves the problem.

Yves, where you see the message you included in your first post, click on the part that says "Release all on-hold messages".
