Mosfet 2n06L07 help please
I have a 2010 Armortek speed control module that requires a pair of mosfet/power transistors with the code 2n06L07 (AG051) the only ones I can find (Ebay) with the exact code are in Italy with postage of nearly £12, can anyone help with an equivalent item, many thanks Phil.

Thanks mate, we can always rely on you for the technical info
.
I do have just one another technical question regarding a 2010 amp module I have acquired; one of the track function rx inputs was connected with the signal wire and the negative around the wrong way, there is no acceleration sound function on that channel although the motor function is unaffected, (the other channel is fine) what do you think was damaged, the sound card or something else? I really do appreciate your superior knowledge in these matters Adrian! cheers Phil

No worries.
On the Amp Module, the inputs go straight to the Benedini board, so I would guess that is the part which has blown.
