My apologies. Two days ago I wrote a lengthy reply to both of you and, although I would swear it posted, I don't see it there now.

Thank you both for your input and Dale thanks for taking the time to post the images as well as the description of your procedure. It's a great help.

My system has been down for the past two days so this is just to say thank you before I attempt to re-construct my lost reply later in the day.
