Hi All
Some pic. of my feifel system mod. It is Mike`s system that I have done some work on.
The rework has been done with styren strips and the filler I used are plastic padding PP100. If it gets right it is intended to be a single chamber system.

More Feifel pic.
Almost completed, some small parts need to be added and a final primer and paint. It is still Mike`s feifel parts, just modified. It was an close fit between the jack and the schrapnel bracket. The long air hoses, nedded the removal of two rings. The lower and upper brackets had to be made of brass sheet, due to the whitemetal would brake apart as I had to bend them.

Absolutely fantastic detail!

One little thing among others are the engine hatch closing/tightening locknuts. The eight or so little round things with a square recess in them around the perimeter of the hatch. How on earth did you make them? And the other ones with a recessed square protrusion? If you would like to share the technique, I would be so grateful. :D

Thanks,
/Chris

Hi Chris
It is very simple, take the screw and cut of head. The screw are used for fixing wooden trims around windows and floors. The problem is that some places have them with torx head, and others with Robertsen (known as R1-R3.
The hex head is 2,5m/m , started with 4m/m drillbit and flatend with the milling tool
I hope this is of any help, and i have taken a photo of a little set up
