Hello Dale.
Somewhere on the forum I think I have posted this along with someone else, but here you go first off I have not been able to get the fitted lightbulb to work so you need to remove that and replace with an ultrabright LED then chop one end of a servo extension lead and feed the wires through the M.G. this is a bit of a bugger to do and you may find you need to take the gun apart and replace the main steel tube that goes through the centre as its too tight and not enough material at one end to drill out on the lathe at least thats what I found, then solder the leads to the led and pull back into position with the bulb slightly protruding I find best same as you would on a Tamiya model then feed the wires back through to the sound module where you will see that Mark has fitted a very handy socket for the servo lead to plug into.
All the above sounds a faff but you will see its easy.
Any bother give me a shout and I will always help where I can.
Cheers Paul

Hi Steve.
Thats brilliant news, I never liked taking your barrels apart as I was always worried about losing a piece in my very tidy shed lol

Hi Steve & Dale
Great news on the MG
Dale
Just plugs into Thomas's sound card, (plug 6) universal onboard outputs(optional) ether orange to the top or brown for muzzle or mg flash.
i posted this on here a couple of years ago. very easy mate.
Just like Armorteks new units, just plug and play, in fact fool proof .

Hi Guys
Is it a buld or LED? i have tried bulbs before and they didnt work on the sound card, i dilled out to fit a 3mm super brite LED instead, and works great. if you dont want to drill it try fibre optic cable insert, works well too.
So Dale check, i bet its the bulb one.
Allso on Thomas TBS5 boards you just spin the servo cable plug round for muzzle & MG flash, it will also run 2 MG LED'S aswell.
LEDS i use below, cheap as chips

Below is two of Steves lovely MG's with the LED's fitted.
Hope this helps
