Hi all,

Started at the front of the upper hull, i tried to make as much of the armortek periscopes by fitting some lenses in them, after hollowing them out. Trial fitted some tools.

Hello Jeff, Thanks for showing your KT on the gallery. A nice looking she has got!

I notice that the sprocket hub cap in photo CNV00017 is different with the stock part: ( http://www.armortek.co.uk/gallery/main. ... emId=13058 ). It looks like was locked by 4 countersunk screws. Very interesting!

Hi Antony,
Thanks for the kind words and the offer of posting photos which I might take you up on of my Tiger build as I am not confidant with computers.In no way would I wish to hijack Simons build .Simon was kind enough to put photos he took of my KT at the Open Day on his thread and was interested how the build was progressing.
Thanks for using your thread Simon and it goes without saying an excellent build thats keeping me on my toes.

Hi Chang,
The reason the part is differant is that I am building a 1/8 scale KT which is made of plastic.I know this is an Armortek site but I am sure as KT builders all info helps.

Hi Simon,
Correct me if I were wrong. From what I've seen, the Jack on real tank, was locked within the rack in horizontal status, ie, the racks were angled with the rear hull less than 90 degree. In model however, they are in 90 degree, ie, the racks are downward from rear.

Same as Sven's saying. Your KT is still one of my favorite to watch. No offense to any of the appearance made. Just want to clear my long-term uncertainty and learn from experts.

thanks chang and sven,its nice to know that other builders get some enjoyment,and amusement from the build,its a pity more kt builders are not showing their work,unless thier still boxed up,happy new year simon manning. ps.you can bet a fantastic kt is being built out there but the person building it has no interest in computers or posting.
