Hi Dale,
I like to ask you a dumb question: How do you bend the brass angles, and have them looking so good? do you have a brake? Or just hand tools?
Thanks from Dan

Boy this is a blast from the past !!! I forgot that I put this on the forum . Dan . The brass angle is KS brass angle from the hobby shop . Thin brass is very hard to cut , I use a copeing saw and linish it on my sander . to bend flat brass strips I use flat smooth pliers .... Dale

Hi Dale,
I been looking at torchs and gas plus supples for solding.Mosty learning about what I need.I pick up a small torch, but it's too small, and I saw a better 1 from Mirco-Mark.And ace has 1/8 brass angle 3' long.I havn't seen any 1/2 round brass for the panther mug guards. There's a big supply house
1 hr drive from me.
And I found out the solder comes in many different forms.60/40 or 40/60
and 50/50 req. bar.resin core & acid core.I acid core is what I have now, used for electricity.Whats in the 60/40?
Have a nice day. Dan
