Hi Simon,
Surerb build,I like the way you have detailed and high lighted the tool clamps and brackets, often over looked. On my KT I realised that looking at yours I have missed fitting the crowbar on the left handside.A little job to do over Christmas.Hope to have my photos posted on the gallery soon.
Cheers Jeff Hyder.

Awesome Simon!

Your paint work amazes me every time I look at one of your tanks.

Fantastic KT here Simon! Enjoyable to watch your KT photos. :D

I like the rear reflector down the rear-left plate. Is it from Steve Winstone?
Also I reckon the Jack racks (plus the Jack, even it's not shown yet) are from Steve too. :!:

Simon have you tried to lock the Jack into the racks? I think the 2 rack holes are too high and closed to do so, and 2 re-located new holes are needed. I have this problem........ :?

Best regards,

Lerh Chang

hello chang, this is where i have seen the jack placed in some photos, i have made two small brass spacers to extend the brackets of the jack out further from the hull,so the jack fits across the round plate, hope this helps.simon manning,

Simon,

All I can say is WOW

Fantastic work. Take your time, nine months will soon fly by then you'll have an absolutlely stunning King Tiger. Just make sure you take it to the next open day as I would love to see it in the flesh.

Hi Simon,
Gill has kindly put photos of my KT on my picture thread on the gallery (page 6).I e-mailed some photos,at least I have learnt how to do that,to Per who rightly pointed out that I fitted the engine lid lock block around the wrong way, which I have now corrected, and the engine dome vent nearest the turret needs the top shaved flat to miss the turret .This I have to do when the weather warms up!
All the best Jeff Hyder.

Hi Jeff,

Another fantastic KT build  . Maybe there should be another thread for yours so we don't hijack Simon's build thread. If you want I could post you're photo's on a new thread :?:
