Saturday Fun!! 5th Anual Reichshof Tank Meeting 2024

Post by Peter Quambusch »

For the 5th time now, the experienced Reichshof Organisation Team (Steffi, Andreas, Peter, Lena, Lucka, and Lothar) have organised a splendid tank meeting!!!
This privately organised meeting has grown considerable over the past five years and has now become one of the biggest in Germany.

Yesterday, Saturday 17 August, the thus far biggest tank meeting in Reichshof took place. Tankers of all ages (14 months :D :D :D to well over 60 years of age) and origins (with the Brits being the largest group this year) participated....
Despite the weather, everyone had a blast and is keen to show up again next year.
Here are a few pics (everyone who was there is more than welcome to add more). Hope you enjoy:

THE BUILD UP:

A truly brilliant event, that I feel privileged to be invited to (3 times now !). A long drive from the UK, but well worth it for the hospitality, friendship, and superb running area. Even the scary night run - we just don’t do things like this at home !
Many thanks to the Reichshof Gang, as always.

An appreciative,

Chris

For me it was the first time attending the meeting and it was a blast!
Some familiar faces, and some new ones for me.

The setup was superb, lot's of space to drive/ride around, sveral obstacle to take (near Lothar's Bar ;)
and much more.

The BBQ was great, and the breakfast Superb, 5 stars!

Thank you all for a great weekend :)

Keith -

It’s not a public event - it’s by invitation only. It’s held on private land, purely for fun.

That's a shame. I'll keep my eyes peeled for events next year, hopefully I'll be on the Militracks list again.
