I have done some work on my turret mounted Smoke candle launchers and Hull mounted S-mine launchers.
Actually completely replaced with my own components. The parts I had were from the old tiger release. I don’t know what the latest release components are like but the old ones are not so good. The smoke launchers are not to scale and the S-mine launchers are just blobs.
I will have a video soon but here are some photos.

Some photos of recent progress on the early tiger. I have been busy making front mudguards which are connected to the hull in a more correct way. This has proved more difficult than just making something that fits the original Armortek fittings. I have also made some of the catches that hold the mudguards while driving. I would like to add a spring inside but couldn’t find one small enough.

I had posted a video before but sound was terrible so I re-edited and hopefully new video is better.

Latest progress. Added supports to underside of side skirts and fitted. This make them much more rigid and secure. Sorry I didn’t do this on my other tigers,

Trial fit of wheels and track. This was to make sure I have everything needed to fit wheels and track. I have wrong size grub screws for taper bores on sprockets so need these. Also m6 spring washers for road wheel spacers.

Impressive so far! And thanks for sharing!

It would be nice to see the correct holes in the teeth of the tracks on the front and the turret! ;-)

Good idea. Might have a look at that. Certainly my turret tracks would never be driven on but I might use some of the spares on the front hull if in need.

Thanks Brian, It's great to get wheels and tracks on the early Tiger. Clears a lot of storage space in the workshop. I had the two late tigers in the garden for a drive. It's a pity I can only fit one in the car. I want to take them to some parks for a proper drive. I will have videos up soon of the work on the Early Tiger and also some running videos.

The roof is for the sdkfz 222. Possibly a Bailey bridge.
