Hi All,

Suspension rail and battery tray fasteners countersunk, and weld line to simulate two pcs hull plate cut in then weld applied.

Some progress.
More milliput welds applied before the red oxide

Mike Stannard track hangers fitted and previously fitted Steve winstone jacking block aligned to a more accurate position

Tim Catton spade and fire extinguisher fitted, all parts secured down with 10ba fasteners countersunk slotted

The rear deck was the last piece to disassemble and clean, the usual rust and thick paint kept me busy.
Steel deck after a good few hours back in a primer

Grills got the cast texture and (Small grills) modified

Line cut in to simulate two pcs section

Assemble with 8ba fasteners and Mike stannard lock taps, some bolts that hold the cast grills in place have been countersunk (these will be filled later) to achieve closer to the real tank bolt configuration

Small job today, added some fasteners to the forward section of the deck

The front mudguards are slightly to long /should be level with the vertical edge ...a fare amount of work to correct as bolts (outside edge) will also need realignment/ holes soldered up ....is it worth doing?
