Hi all,
Last September I received from Sweden a steel example of a sprocket ring KT/JT. And two days later a digital 3d file of the sprocket ring from Australia. A few weeks later received the detailed drawings of this from Germany.
After we have mixed all this information together came up with a set of steel sprocket rings for KT/JT. The rings are CNC milled and Laser cut.
The rings are tested on my JT with steel tracks. And the drop off from the sprocket is after the third teeth even at full speed. As it should be like the real KT/JT.
To reduced the costs we made a one time series of 10 sets. A set costs 200 euro plus shipping.

Only three sets are left.
Even with standard AT tracks it is a driving improvement.
Less "clicking" in forward and turning.
