Shipping is getting closer !!

Packing lists are all done, manual is ready for printing and all the individual parts are now packed up.

We expect shipping to start on wed 8th March. As always we will only be shipping out a few kits per day to keep the UPS guy happy.

Damon - weight of the kit comes in at around 67kg excluding the batteries and electronics.

Congrats, I hate partial shipments though. Happened to me on a Friday, I got 2/4 and the rest on Monday. It was unsettling that even though the driver only scanned two boxes all of the tracking numbers read delivered, but I got them all in the end!

Curious, 2 of 3 boxes of my Pershing arrived last Friday and the 3rd yesterday. By way of tracking data I saw that it took the scenic
route to California via Köln Germany. I wish it had stopped over to pick up an order of good roast pork for me....

Finally had some good weather in the South of England so we could get the Pershing out in the open to put some mud on the tracks.

GREAT Video!!

Boxes 1 and 2 arrived last Friday. Box 3 was delivered Monday. All had passed thru Germany.

The Motion Pak hasn't arrived yet (Box 4?) so it must still be in Germany.

We received a couple of queries based on Mike post above. Mike was under the impression that Option packs were already being sent out, but this is not the case - the option packs for the Pershing are not available yet. They will be ready in a couple of months.

One box arrived today, tracking says the other two on Monday. Funny as I ordered two rattle cans of olive drab 319 to paint it and that shipped FedEx. Today both UPS (with the Armortek box) and FedEx (with the paint) arrived at the same time. They literally crossed paths by my front door as they handed me the boxes. I'm in a rural area and to have both of them in the same area at the same house is pretty rare.

My M26, #7 was shipped on March 9 and arrived in the states on March 14, and that included a weekend in between. All three arrived at the same time!

The arrival of all these Pershing models reminds me of of a childhood favorite movie: "The tanks are Coming". Unsophisticated
by modern movie standards, I didn't know any better as a 10 year old, I always looked forward to it's arrival in the TV listings back then...

Is the .50 cal machine gun part of the kit or do I need to source that aftermarket?
I've got two figures ready for outfitting with tankers uniforms, time to start searching the web for outfits and such.
I have two figures I 3D printed for a static tank I converted to RC but they don't look as good as regular Joes in cloth uniforms.
