Slight facetious answer but it depends how long you want it to run...

You could probably put a pair of 12Ah batteries in there and maybe get 30 minutes on a smooth surface.

Don't forget, the smoker element will take 2Ah, the sound probably the same. I've just been playing with some different amplifiers and they can taken between 3Ah and 6Ah, depending on the volume levels.

Thanks, was looking at some 16Ah, smaller size, lighter weight but thats a pretty low run time, even the 18 to 20 Ah batteries will take up a lot of room, thanks again.

If more run time is requested at low room and light weight for the battery, I strongly recommend a LiFePO4 battery. It may be used up to nearly 100 % DoD; a lead acid only up to 50 % DoD, if you want to get enough charging cycles. This gives twice the run time for the LiFe battery at less weight and size.

I tested my LiFePO4 battery made from 40152 cells and even though it's 8 years old, it still has a capacity of 14Ah. The beauty with these is that you can replace individual cells as they age and keep the whole thing running, rather than ditching it because of the odd bad cell.

They don't look as pretty as the commercial ones though :D

Single cells always are nice for use in narrow space, because they don't need to be tied together. And yes, they can be replaced individual.
