Hi Kees, that looks easy enough to make tbh.
I am sure you could do a hybrid metal and 3d printed plastic if you had the dimensions.
That is providing you did not want to use it for towing.

Just had a look in the Jentz Bergepanther Panzer Tracts book #16 and was hoping for a detailed scale drawing.
Unfortunately no specific detailed drawings in that book for the towing bar.
