Hi Bob,

Thanks for your concern. All went well so far. Had my second surgery on Tuesday. Got to take some blod thinner for the next 18 months...
But that won´t keep me from building... :D

As there is plenty of room, I installed the Famo battery for test purposes...

Battery sits beneath the speakers.
In a couple of days we´ll be heading to the testing grounds...

Curious to hear if you get distortion in the sound with Speakers so close to the engine deck roof, I found that on another build and had to get smaller speakers then install lower in the tank with clearance above the cones.

Hi Dave,

That´s a good question... But as mentioned, the Famo battery is only for testing. The ordered Hetzer battery will be smaller, thus the speakers will sitt lower. So I don´t think this will be an issue. But will let you know.
