Hi I have just installed a Benedini sound unit with a Sabretooth dual 2 x 32Amp speed controller set to mixing mode on the dip switches such that I can drive from one stick. I can only get the proportional sound to work off the one channel? Any ideas anyone?

When you went through the sound teaching process, did you just move the stick up and down or diagonally ?

Up and down wouldn't produce any output on the steering channel, so the Benedini will ignore it.

Is not the problem here that the channel from the receiver is going to the sound unit before any mixing occurs ?
Is the transmitter capable of doing elevon mixing ? If so, maybe best to do it there rather than at the ESC ?

Having played around with this all evening I think that the prop 2 channel is not formatted for a second sound channel. You can use it as a sound selection Chanel as well as the prop 3 channel. Any idea how/if you can reconfigure it?
