The site will be open between 0730 and 1800 on the day for unloading/loading. The Show is open to the public between 1000-1600. Our allocated area has overhead cover and a long running area, with potential to run out onto the school playing fields. The area allocated to us is shown in Blue on the attached and on the following photo.

Although this is a different venue from the last show in 2019, I gather the same stall providing bacon rolls will be there. If that's not an incentive..... it's also the last opportunity to run the models this year. I will need to let the organisers know numbers in a couple of weeks.
