All, maybe this has happened to you. Installed the Motors along with the electronics from the motion pack. All went well. Tank stated up and ran good. Next day went to startup the tank and got nothing no sound while the on/off switch was turned on. The Armortek Power Module display shows the normal voltage numbers and the batteries and all show that they have a good charged. Maybe someone could give me a check list on what to trouble shoot...

Maybe a stupid question but did you switch the tank on before the transmitter ?
On - Tx first then model
Off - Model first then Tx

Also I have read that it is best to have the Tx at a short distance from the model >2m so that they bind correctly.

There's only one fuse in the new Red Box system, so that's a quick check.

What receiver do you have ? They usually have an LED in them to show the RX is alive and bound to the transmitter. FrSky are solid green if happy and flashing red if it can't talk to the transmitter. I believe the Spektrum show a solid amber light when communicating to the transmitter and nothing if it can't talk to it.

Do you get a thump or a squeak from the speakers when you turn on ? Thump means the amp is getting power, squeak means the sound card is getting power, which means that the receiver is getting power, as it powers the sound card.

I'll check from all advice. Nothing else has been installed just the motors. The radio is an older radio called AIRTRONICS VG6000.

Tank started up ok. Running great. Don't no the reason or reasons why it stopped and now running ok...
