Started to press brass plates, to new heat shields for my Tiger One.

Never a good sign when the closest tool to the model is a hammer
The heat shields look good. Did you use a swaging wheel or a press ?

The hammer is for when I have things that not fit as I want.
I use a press.

Shield looks good
As for the hammer, I as an "old" tank driver can assure you, the hammer is THE MOST OFTEN needed (and used) tool in a drivers arsenal... What would we have done without our Hammer 5000 (meaning 5 kg)....
Without it, the Leo II would not perform half as good...

Hello
I was not 100% happy with the first I did.
So try, try again. Made these with 0,5mm Brass.
I did use a hydraulic press to do them.
Now it will be cut and shaped according to the original, and put in place.
Stay safe and have a nice day.

A bit more today, take it slow and nice.
I really want it to be nice pieces. Lot more to do.
Lots of grinding to do.
But I will get there.
Dont forget: Stay safe.

But we have a very nice hobby and understanding wives.
Have a nice day and stay safe.

First time for everything,
I try to make square holes on bolt heads to my enginedeck.
Glad to have learned something new today.

I am finally done with the starting block on my Armortek Tiger One late.
Had to redo a bit, made some mistakes first.
I've said it before, brass is a wonderful material.

Got an idea that I wanted to try with my resin printer today.
Became pretty good, but have only put on a layer of German Panzer Grau yet.
