Introduced on the program by the presenter as a "World War 2 Panzer tank".
I thought I knew most of the tanks used in WW2, but this one must have passed me by...

PzKpfw 41 Knirps one man tank, with 40mm Panzerkanone. Developed towards the end of the war when the Wehrmacht was running out of manpower. Optimized for fighting in built up areas, short wheel base, hence the name “ein Knirps”. Thought all the Panzer boys would have known that.....

That'll be one of those Swiss army tanks which will turn into several rough utility knives in 3 three hours Never saw any action, no body ever saw the point.

OK, I'll spell it out, ein Knirps translates as a little fellow, ie a short arse. It also happens to be the unfortunate name of a brand of umbrella available in the US.
