Hi Tom I have just put my tracks on and have the same fit that you describe above. I am curious how your tracks are now. Have you been able to remove a link yet and get them tight?

Hi Brian,
Once I finished the KT I almost never run it. Therefore, my tracks have not "stretched" so that I can remove a link set. I assume you are not able to operate your KT yet so you have not experienced the tracks climbing off the sprocket. Until a link set can be removed and the tracks pulled up much tighter the tracks will continue to climb off the sprocket when making even slight turns. Let me know if you find a way to solve this problem. I am sure everyone building this kit will be looking for a solution.
Tom
