Has anyone any thoughts on this layout for the electronics.

Graham,

There was recently another thread on this under the Tiger section. With the Panzer IV being that much smaller your choices are more limited and you don't have the wide paniers to mount the 4QD's on. I would say that you have a pretty good set up the way you have it now. When the Panzer IV came out with Armortek it was in the days of using the much smaller Electronize ESC's. The only comment I would have is that it may not be wise to mount the electronics right down on the floor of the hull if you intend to use the model in anger and do a little wading as any water getting in the hull will wet the electonics. I would mount the ESC's off the floor, say on an inch high block. The other thing is loosing the wire lengths by making loops in them, unless you are brave enough to cut the wires to exaclty the right lengths
