Re: Juan Ángel
I have translated original posting for easier reading
Good morning to all
I introduce myself, my name is Juan Ángel and I own the number 24 of the armored Rolls. I have spent three months of fun editing, admiring the careful work of Armortek and his presentation of all the pieces. I had to make small adaptations in the transmission axis of the address and in other parts, nothing that could not be fixed. Anyway, I'm very happy with this model.
I have made small changes and I see that I have not been the only one, all the models are susceptible to be adapted to our liking. I added taillights, a spotlight on the turret and an interior light, hinges on the drawer lids to be functional and wood on the side decks. With paint work imitating rust I'm not happy, I'm not good with that technique.
On the other hand, I observe that the differential tends to "skate" when the Rolls goes up a little unevenness, is it normal? or it is due to a bad assembly. Also the rear wheels tend to loosen after a while of use.
I also miss some handles or locking mechanism on the doors of the turret.
I attach some photos.
Greetings to all and if in Spain there are more owners of Armortek models would not be bad to contact.
