KT Size Matters

Post by Jim Slothower »

Mark/Gil,

Can you post a couple Pics of the King Tiger side by side with the Tiger 1 for scale comparison?

As I want this kit very much, can you tell me if there is a timeline for its next release? 2010? 2013? 20never :(

Thanks, Jim

Hello Jim

when i saw the KT is was supprised by its size. Its only a bit bigger than the Tiger 1. Its only a fraction bigger than the Panther as thats all the KT is a Panther on steriods. The Tracks on the Tiger 1 are 4" wide and on the Kt they are 5" wide. It just seams huge as the turret is huge.

Mark and Gill..........
WoW Stefan Konitzer was here a couple of days ago and showed me his Tiger1 i drooled at it for almost 1 hour and man i have to say this is a awesome pice of craftsmanship..2 thumbs up. Its as massive and as huge as i wanted it to be.
Cant w8 till i get my hands on it.......as a 1st time 1/6 modeller Kent Wiik has warned me that things easy gets outa hand and overboard.
But hell if im gona do this one it has to be flawless. So im gona be one of the 5 year plan guys, BUT its gona be worth it in the end.
503 Pz Abt Budapest here i come.

Damn good job and keep them brilliant models pumping out!

Best regards
Freddie
