Brass Tab Bending late tiger wheels

Post by Tim McCarthy »

G'day Fellows
The brass tabs on the late model road wheels what is the technique to have the ends bent up?
Tried a couple of methods but they look butchered! :x
Thanks
Tim

Sorry Jim
I misspelt it.It should have been bradawl. If you have not heard of them or more likely call them by a different name, then it is a tool that looks like a flat pointed screwdriver. The point is thinner than a screwdriver and then rapidly thickens into a curved wedge shape. It is used for marking before drilling or screwing.
I know "Stanley" and "Kennedy" make them.
