Hi Roar, yes they are very busy indeed so be patient, you need to have the part number and the year of manufacture of your kit with a brief description of the part (just in case you have the part number horribly wrong) my descriptions of the part sometimes leaves a lot to be desired
The part numbers are there in the build manual along with the drawings, if you don't have a manual then you must request one which can be sent as a file to your device, regards Phil.
