Early Tiger 1 for sale.

Post by Stephen Mason »

I need to make room for a new highly detailed Tiger 1 tank that I am buying so I am reluctantly selling my EARLY Armortek Tiger 1. This tiger has been fully built and is a running tank. It has option packs 1 and 2, motion, sound, smoke etc and also has the blank firer fitted. It has the latest 4QD speed controllers and the drive sprocket upgrade has been carried out as well. It has the square headed deck bolts fitted to the rear deck and new threaded stand offs have also been fitted. The cone bolts are also with the tank as are the 4 bump stops.

I have removed the mudguards, side skirts etc and coated the surface of the tank with Mr surfacer 500, which as you know gives the tank that rolled steel appearance. I have also started to add quite a few simulated "weld lines" although the new owner might want to add more. The tank is now ready to be painted.

I have recently bought some Steve Winstone aftermarket parts that have yet to be fitted to the tank and these include the two working headlights, convoy light, reflector, 20 ton jack and working brackets, heat shields, MG 34 with led and 4 "D" shackles.

As I would like an early sell I am only asking £2750 for the Tiger, which I think is a fantastic bargain for someone considering what you are getting.

Please either PM me or contact me on:- 07791575271.

I have now added a few pics. of my Early Tiger. As you can see the hull has Mr surfacer 500 applied. You can also see the NEW drive sprocket that I bought from Armortek as I managed to break one of the original ones on the tank  .

I have not taken any pics of the Steve Winstone aftermarket parts as yet but if anyone does require a picture of these parts then please just ask.

I have also been asked if I have the certificate with this tank. The answer is yes I have.
