When trying to find suitable hinges for the Tiger 1 stowage bins without success I decided to make my own. At the time I produced the Tiger 1 mudguards I used off the shelf hinges for them that I was not really happy with. When designing the hinges for the bin I decided to make more accurate ones for the mudguards, what follows here are the results. All recent orders for the mudguards have these hinges fitted. If you would like to upgrade your mudguards I am offering the hinges as separate items. These are very easy to fit, just remove the old ones and replace with the new. The new hinges do have to be shaped around the pins once they are fitted to the mudguards. Very simple and full instructions will come with the hinge sets. No drilling is required as they match the existing holes in the mudguards.

Front Mudguards
I added this picture with a comparision to the real mudguards showing correct underside detail with correct number of rivets, nuts and bolts. The rear mudguards have the same correct detail.
