This any use?
It's a 3D printed cupola to the correct dimensions (smaller diameter than the kit part). I've got the basic cupola, the top inner ring and one off each of the outer armoured shutters. You'd have to mould the rest of the armoured shutters and the base. Slight damage to the top of the cupola, easily repaired with Milliput.
It's available for sale.
