what is the best/easiest method for setting suspension angle to maintain accuracy

Hi Mick.

If you check about two thirds of the way down this thread from Stephen White, you'll see him setting the angle with a protractor head.

Before the introduction of the adjustable torsion bar suspension, it was necessary to grind flats onto the torsion bars to set the angle, but now you just need to get the arms at the correct angle and tighten down the fixed end.
