Hi Everyone.
I placed an order for stock items with the company http://www.philstoychestandcollectibles.com/ on 5/18 for which I received an order confirmation by e-mail.
After not getting any shipping details I inquires via e=mail (copied and pasted their address from their confirmation) on 5/23. E=mail came back as "undeliverable" due to invalid address....
I then send them a message via their homepage on 5/24. And I called them on 5/25 and keft a message on their answering machine.....
Till today no response, neighter by e-mail, nor by phone.....
So please be carefull when placing an order with them.
Has anyone else made similar experiances with that company?
Regards
Peter

Re: Retailer warning!!
Peter,
I don't think this is a fake site, although I do not know why the Website changed to Phils Toychest and Collectibles. I purchased a Dragon 1/6 M4A3 kit from "Toychest and Collectibles" some time ago and everything went ok - it took a while for Dragon to deliver them to Phil, but he was a legit vendor. My contact was with Phil at the following emails:
sales@toychestandcollectibles.com
plball21@gmail.com
toychestandcollectibles1@yahoo.com
Perhaps your email just wasn't getting through? I hope you get your order resolved.
best regards,
Bob

Re: Retailer warning!!
Hi Guys,
Thanks for the replies. I ordered from Tochest and Colletiblis twice before without any problems. Thus I did not think much about them changing their name.....
If it comes to worst, I will send a leter to Mastercard to get my money back.
