Freddies KingTiger wants a new home.

Post by Fredrik Jorgensen »

Ive had my KT up for sale before but never been able to let her go when it come to that final point.
But I have realized that I will never complete it due to different factors, im sad to say.
So here is a great chance to get your hands on a well built one with lots of Mike Stannard and Steve Winstone and others aftermarket parts.
It comes built up to 70% id say, with a spectrum dx7 radio. Dual 30amp batteries 24v charger (Brand new 160euros) and hydraulic lifting table. Plus loads of spares and original parts.
3 Dragon model figures (not in complete shape) I found out grandchildren playing with them, so some small pieces of the ear phones are broken but other than that in great shape.
Loads of paint and pigments for the weathering effects, the epoxy for the zimmerite wich aint complete left and backside of the hull is still to be done.
If you are interested watch my build saga and pm or mail me.
Extras
Mike stannard
Loader periscopes Tiger 2 Over Grills
Tiger cupola with prisms Running gear photo etched set
Barrel plug with grooves towing hooks x2 or 3?
Driver and radio periscopes Barrel cleaning rod set
Rear start cover Towing cables
Barrel cleaning rod set
Just a few of the items…as I also have a order for wich I have payed for the mudguards and some more prisms and the big overgrills with The late Mike. Its still unclear if they will be delivered.
If so I will send them free of charge.
Steve winstone
Jack towhooks
Hugo
Late muzzle break……rare item no longer avalible.
Stefan koenitzer
Custom Swedish made parts…….cant be bought and are correct size!!!!
Plus lots more of extras such as dragon parts …gasoline drums, MG-34 etc etc

Im looking at 6000£ for the lot, and the shipping cost via DHL is about 150 to 170 euro and takes 3 to 5 days to great britan so I guess its approximately the same to rest of Europe.
That will be added to the price.
Sad to finally be facing the fact that she has to go…..but at the moment there is very little progress.
Have done some but not much.
Best of regards
Fredrik

As i have got some replys regarding the KT, i have to get to work.
The zimmerite seems to be done as it is a huge work effort. And many ask if i can do it so it gets same touch as the one on the tank, wich i now understand
So i will do just that and TS3 paint it. So there will be one work moment less one the tank just so all that is interested knows :).
Will post a pic when its done.

Hi again fellas.

To apply the zimmerite i had to mount all the new custom parts by Stefan K and Per Sonnervik.
Took some time to get them where they supposed to be, with some drilling of new holes and measuring up where they should be.
But things are looking really good.
So coat will be on in a few days as im up to my neck in stuff i have to do besides the tank.

Some photos so you can see how it looks :).
The exhaust guards aint sanded or armortreated yet nor the boss tabs are done, but still they look amazing!!!! and if you notice, the small eye to the left is now replaced also for the one made in the correct size wich is way bigger than in the top picture.

More to come!!

Im also going to do the rolled armor on front and rear deck panels but thats more or less it.

Price is now still 6000£ but i have included the shippment in the price.
Hope you enjoy

Yes it has the motion pack, sound and smokers of the 1st edition and working excellent.
You can watch my saga to see all the packs when i installed and rewired it all.
And it seems as FoE is recovering the items From Mike Stannard wich i didint recive, rear mudguards and the big grillcovers and some prisms so i hope that works out as ive payed em in full.
Might take some time but worth the wait.
I think i have a blank firer on hold aswell but not payed for as it was illegal to import it to sweden so i didnt get that one.
And shes almost fully painted!!!!!! and armor treated. Just the darn rear end who needs to be worked on...just as my missus always says!!!!
Regards
Fredrik

And ps your reply came in my mail just as im typing this so might be a delay.

Been working my ass of literally speaking.
The rear deck is coming together really nice, just the round vents wich needs alot of filing to get the new ones in.
Refurbished the smokers and tested them....worked like a charm and my wife yelled at me as the whole downstairs was smoke filled ;).
Pictures will be added in a few hours :) as ive remounted it all by then i hope!!
